If you want to commission me just fill out the Google Form and I will contact you via e-mail as soon as possible.✔ Please include as much infos and references as possible - hair, facial features, faceclaims, expression, pose, previous art of the character etc, the more the better!

• TERMS OF SERVICE •

  • ! Ordering a commission means you have read and accepted my Terms of Service. !

  • Turning the commission into NFT is forbidden!

  • Payment is in USD and only through PayPal.

  • Payment will be upfront just before I start working on your commission. The Simple Scenes, you may pay half first and the rest once you've seen the final image. I'll send you an invoice through Paypal.

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission.

  • I retain the copyright to all of my work. This means I can post them on my social medias and use them for portfolio and advertisement reasons.

  • You can use the finished commission for personal uses only. Feel free to upload it to your social media or print it for yourself, etc.

  • Please contact me at [email protected] for inquires about commercial use.

  • I work on commissions from Monday to Friday, and I reserve Saturdays and Sundays, for my personal projects, so don't get upset if you see me posting other works on my social media. ^^ Commissions are still my priority most of the week.

  • I will be working on commission in my spare time during the week. Some days I have spare time, some days I don't. Some weeks are very busy. In general I need around 3 weeks to finish the commission. However, depending on the order and length of my commission list and the in between time of discussion about the commission through email, the complexity of the project, possible technical difficulties, and/or my free time, the period may be shortened or lengthened. If that happens, I'll let you know. 👍

Refunds:

  • You'll get a refund if I cannot finish your work within two months, or if I’m unable to complete your commission for whatever reason.

  • I do not accept refunds if you decide to cancel your commission for any reason.

I do:

  • Original characters: humans, elves and half-elves, halflings, centaurs, dragons... (I'm not very familiar with some other fantasy races. I probably can do it, but I'll need more information.)

  • Fandom: Dragon Age, Book fanarts, Skyrim (only humans.) , Starwars (Only Jedi and Sith that are humans.)...

  • Fantasy in general and Historical Themes are my preference, but I can make characters from the current time/modern world too.

  • Light NSFW (But not at the moment.)

I don't do:

  • Furry/anthro

  • Anime/Manga

  • Aliens

  • Robots

  • Complex background

  • Complex armor

  • Incest, racist, underaged characters in sexual scenes, bestialism, hate stuff in general...

  • Cyberpunk

  • Explicit NSFW

  • Steampunk 's stuff and Sci-Fi in general (except star wars as stated above)

• HOW TO REQUEST AN ART •

I'll open few slots ( 4 or 5) from time to time, and I'll advertise them on all my social media. Once they're open, and if you're truly interested in getting a slot, you must go to "commission me" link above and fill the form with all the necessary information. 😊

• PROCESS •

I will contact you back after the slots close and let you know in which place in the queue you'll be.
I also have a Public Trello Board, where I post updates as I work. You can have a idea. ^^
When it's your turn, I'll contact you and let you know. Once I receive the payment, I start to work on your piece. 👍 (I'll send an invoice)
All further communication will be via e-mail.If you don’t get at email from me when commissions close (I will make a post on all my social media when they do) it means the slots are already filled, but don’t worry! I will open again once i finish all current commissions! I'll let you know you're on a waiting list and when I start another bunch, i´ll send a email asking if you are still interested. ^^Please!! Keep in touch for the quicker work.
I prefer working on one picture at a time and I’m really trying not to put myself in a situation where I have several paid commissions in progress (and several people waiting for their image to be finished). __So please don't take more than 3 days to reply. __ I can't afford to wait that long. I will move to the next commission in my waiting line. After seven days of no response, this commission will be cancelled.Edits:
You'll get 3 WIPs for approval. ( wip of the face, pose, clothing, skin texture) That's the moment of asking for possible corrections or some changes. After that I will charge for every change request after the third WIP. Extra payment depends on the number and scale of your edits.
